Commercial License Policy
Our digital products are sold with a commercial license included in the purchase price. No separate commercial license purchase or ongoing subscription is required.
By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital file for the purpose of producing and selling physical printed versions of that specific product, subject to the terms below.
What You May Do
Under this commercial license, you may:
- Print the purchased digital model.
- Sell physical printed versions of the purchased model commercially.
- Produce and sell as many physical printed copies as permitted by your intended use, unless a specific product listing states otherwise.
What You May Not Do
The digital files and the intellectual property contained within them remain the property of the original creator. Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the digital files to you.
You may not:
- Claim the digital files, designs, or models as your own original work.
- Claim a modified, remixed, altered, or derivative version of the digital model as your own original design.
- Remix, modify, alter, or create derivative versions of the model and represent or sell those designs as your own original intellectual property.
- Give away, share, upload, distribute, or otherwise make the digital files available to another person.
- Sell, license, sub-license, or redistribute the digital files in any format.
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, repositories, or other platforms for others to access.
- Use the purchased files as a basis for creating and distributing another digital product.
- Transfer your commercial license to another person, business, or account.
Physical Products Only
The commercial license applies only to physical printed products created from the purchased digital model.
You may sell the physical printed model, but you may not sell or distribute the underlying digital file.
License Per Product
The commercial license is included in the price of the individual product purchased. There is no subscription, membership, or ongoing payment required.
The license applies only to the specific product you have purchased. Purchasing one product does not provide a commercial license for any other products, models, or designs.
If you wish to commercially use another product, you must purchase that product separately.
No Ongoing Commitment
There is no ongoing commitment, recurring fee, or subscription associated with this commercial license. The license is granted for the specific product purchased and remains subject to these terms.
Ownership & Copyright
All intellectual property rights in the digital files and original designs remain with the creator unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchasing a product and receiving a commercial license does not constitute a transfer of copyright, ownership, or authorship.
By purchasing and using our digital products, you agree to comply with this Commercial License Policy.
